My approach is unique because it combines business understanding with wellbeing transformation.
With a BA (Hons) in Business Studies, over 25 years of business and management experience, my own journey overcoming anxiety and overwhelm, and extensive training in relaxation therapies, breathwork, energy healing and personal transformation, I understand both the pressures of professional life and the impact stress can have on our wellbeing.
