What Is Breakthrough Breathwork?

Breakthrough Breathwork is a transformative, somatic therapy that uses the power of conscious, connected breathing to release emotional tension, clear energy blockages, and promote deep inner healing.

This guided breathwork experience is designed to support you in letting go of what no longer serves you—be it anxiety, past trauma, or limiting beliefs—and reconnecting with your most peaceful, empowered self.

How It Works

You lie comfortably, fully clothed, on a yoga mat, surrounded by calming scents and sounds. You’re guided to breathe in a continuous rhythm—deeply and consciously—without pauses between the inhale and exhale.

As the breath builds, your body begins to unlock stuck energy and unresolved emotion. You may feel physical sensations (tingling, warmth), experience emotional release (tears, laughter), or enter a deeply meditative state.

Every session is uniquely tailored and intuitively guided. I support you every step of the way, creating a safe, grounded container for whatever arises.
