Conscious Connected breathing releases toxins physically, emotionally and spiritually, leading to incredible transformations. It balances the sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous system which is crucial for overall mind-body connection.

Our belief systems are at the core of who we. Some of our beliefs may be positive but others can be self-limiting and cause stress, anxiety, lack of confidence, low self-worth, overwhelm, and triggers. These negative beliefs can stop us from moving forward, being our authentic selves and stepping into our full power.
Breakthrough Breathwork works with the breath and the subconscious to release trauma, stuck energy and limiting beliefs.
